§ 3–1208.83. Limitations.

(a) A registered school psychologist shall not practice psychology as defined under § 3-1201.02(16)(A)(i) or (ii) without the authorization required for such practice.

(b) A psychology associate shall not practice psychology except under the supervision of a licensed health services psychologist.
