§ 4–681.08. Rules.
By December 31, 2022, the Chief Financial Officer shall issue rules to implement §§ 4-681.01 through 4-681.06 . In drafting the rules, the Chief Financial Officer may consult with the agencies as the Chief Financial Officers considers necessary and appropriate.
