Law 20-153, the “Legalization of Possession of Minimal Amounts of Marijuana for Personal Use Initiative of 2014,” was introduced in Council and assigned Bill No. 20-1064. Pursuant to the Initiative and Referendum procedures of Title IV of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act (also known as the District Charter), D.C.
