Law 21-44, the “Testing Integrity Amendment Act of 2015” was introduced in Council and assigned Bill No. 21-239. The Bill was adopted on first and second readings on Sept. 22, 2015, and Oct. 6, 2015, respectively. Signed by the Mayor on Oct. 27, 2015, it was assigned Act No. 21-193 and transmitted to Congress for its review. D.C. Law 21-36 became effective January 9, 2016.
