Law 5-32, the “District of Columbia Income and Franchise Tax Conformity Act of 1983,” was introduced in Council and assigned Bill No. 5-103, which was referred to the Committee on Finance and Revenue. Signed by the Mayor on July 21, 1983, it was assigned Act No. 5-54 and transmitted to both Houses of Congress for its review.
